In addition to our commitment to craftsmanship, we place great emphasis on high-quality ingredients. Thanks to our carefully selected suppliers and regional partners, we create fresh, seasonally inspired dishes every day.
The Höhwald menu combines first-class ingredients with the distinctive style of Thomas and his team. Individual courses can be omitted upon request and combined with dishes from the à la carte menu. We’re also happy to accommodate adjustments to the side dishes.
The menu also features various Austrian specialties—perhaps an opportunity to make a culinary discovery or two.
